Production Engineer - Sungrow Developers (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

1.Monitor and analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities. 2.Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. 3.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve production-related issues. 4.Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth implementation on the production line. 5.Prepare and update production work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOP). 6.Evaluate machine performance and support preventive maintenance planning. 7.Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies. 8.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). 9.Provide training and technical guidance to line leaders and operators. 10.Participate in capacity planning and production line optimization.
