Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize PCBA production equipment to ensure high efficiency and reliability.
- Analyze equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead equipment improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and improve yield.
- Support new equipment installation, qualification, and process setup (NPI support).
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Monitor equipment performance and define KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering) to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, Semiconductor, Welding, or a related field.
- Diploma holders must possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree are welcome.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work on weekends to support production.
- Familiarity with PCBA process equipment and capability to operate and maintain equipment, including SMT (Pick & Place Machine, Solder Paste Printer, Reflow Oven), DIP (Wave Soldering Machine, Insertion Machine, Forming Machine), and Coating (Conformal Coating Machine, KUKA Robot).
