Responsibilities
- Install, commission, maintain, and continuously improve production equipment on the Battery Pack production line.
- Monitor equipment performance to ensure safe, efficient, and maximum uptime operation.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance plans.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement improvement plans to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.
- Support new equipment installation, qualification, and production line setup for new products (NPI).
- Optimize equipment parameters to improve production efficiency, product quality, and process stability.
- Collaborate with Production, Process, Quality, and Automation teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain equipment documentation, including maintenance records, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or manufacturing engineering. Fresh graduates with a strong technical foundation are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience with automated production equipment, including conveyors, robots, servo systems, pneumatic systems, PLCs, and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance (PM), root cause analysis (RCA), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with working hours from Monday to Saturday.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
