Responsibilities
- Supervise daily equipment operation and maintenance activities within the Battery PACK production line.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and minimize production downtime through effective maintenance management.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
- Monitor equipment performance indicators, including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and downtime, and drive improvement actions.
- Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage and maintain Battery PACK production equipment, including Cell Sorting and Grading Machines, Cell Stacking and Module Assembly Equipment, Laser Welding Machines, Busbar Welding Equipment, Automatic Screw Tightening Systems, Battery PACK Assembly Lines, End-of-Line (EOL) Testing Equipment, Leak Testing Equipment, Vision Inspection Systems (AOI), and AGV and Material Handling Automation Systems.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and production ramp-up for new projects and production lines.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), process transfer, and localization projects.
- Lead equipment improvement projects to enhance reliability, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within the Battery, Electronics, Automotive, or Automated Manufacturing industries.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in equipment management.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in Battery PACK manufacturing equipment is a plus.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
