Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and workforce needs, and provide support across recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations. - Collect and analyze workforce data, including headcount, hiring progress, employee turnover, and performance results, to support workforce planning and management decisions. - Deliver recruitment plans for assigned business units by coordinating hiring requirements, candidate screening, interviews, and offers, while monitoring hiring progress and outcomes. - Identify development needs of frontline managers and employees in key roles; work with stakeholders to implement development plans and evaluate their effectiveness. - Coordinate graduate development and internship programs within assigned business units, and track participant development and retention. - Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, progress reviews, evaluations, and feedback, and promote appropriate use of performance results. - Support annual salary review processes by validating employee and performance information, coordinating approvals, and ensuring accurate implementation. - Manage employee relations matters, advise managers and employees on company policies, and support timely, fair resolution in compliance with Thai labor laws and company requirements.

Qualifications

  1. -Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. -At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 3 years with a master’s degree. Experience supporting business units in an HR capacity is preferred.
  3. -Working knowledge of recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee relations, with an understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations.
  4. -Strong analytical, project management, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business needs into practical HR solutions.
  5. -Chinese proficiency at HSK Level 5 or above and English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or above; able to communicate effectively in a multilingual work environment.

Job Summary
