Responsibilities
- วางแผนและขับเคลื่อนกลยุทธ์ด้านแบรนด์และการตลาดให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของบริษัท
- ดูแลและพัฒนากลุ่มสินค้าที่รับผิดชอบ ตั้งแต่ Product Concept, Positioning, Naming, Pricing และ Product Portfolio
- ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มตลาด พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค และคู่แข่ง เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาสินค้าและกลยุทธ์การตลาด
- วางแผนการเปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่ (Product Launch) และกำหนด Go-to-Market Strategy
- ดูแลภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ (Brand Direction) และพัฒนา Product Story, Packaging และประสบการณ์ของลูกค้าให้สอดคล้องกับแบรนด์
- วางแผนและบริหาร Campaign การตลาด ทั้ง Online และ Offline รวมถึง Social Media, Content, PR และ E-commerce Marketing
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Coffee, Sales, Creative และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อผลักดันการเติบโตของสินค้าและแบรนด์
- ติดตาม วิเคราะห์ และประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของสินค้าและแคมเปญ พร้อมจัดทำรายงานและข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์
- บริหารงบประมาณการตลาด และพัฒนาทีมการตลาดให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Marketing, Brand Management หรือ Product Marketing อย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Food & Beverage, FMCG, Retail หรือ Consumer Brand จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเข้าใจด้าน Branding, Consumer Insights, Product Strategy และ Digital Marketing
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ พร้อมทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การวางแผน และการบริหารโครงการ
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายทีม และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
