Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการใช้สินค้าและจัดทำ Demand Forecast
- กำหนดและปรับปรุง Safety Stock, Reorder Point และ Min/Max Stock
- วางแผนการสั่งซื้อและการสั่งผลิตให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการ
- บริหารระดับสินค้าคงคลังให้เหมาะสม ลดปัญหาสินค้าขาดและสต๊อกส่วนเกิน
- ติดตาม Lead Time ของผู้ผลิตและซัพพลายเออร์ พร้อมวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง
- ประสานงานกับทีมผลิต คลังสินค้า และ Vendor เพื่อให้การส่งมอบเป็นไปตามแผน
- ติดตามสถานะใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) และอัปเดตกำหนดส่งมอบ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลสินค้าและ Master Data
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหา Stockout, Overstock และ Slow Moving พร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
- จัดทำรายงานและ Dashboard ด้านสินค้าคงคลังเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
- เข้าร่วมประชุมวางแผนร่วมกับฝ่ายขาย การตลาด และฝ่ายผลิต
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 2–4 ปี ในงาน Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning หรือวางแผนสินค้าคงคลัง
- เข้าใจหลักการ Forecast, Safety Stock, Reorder Point, Lead Time และ Inventory Management
- ใช้ Microsoft Excel หรือ Google Sheets ได้ดี (Pivot Table, Lookup, สูตรคำนวณต่าง ๆ)
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและตัดสินใจบนพื้นฐานของข้อมูล
- สามารถประสานงานกับหลายฝ่ายและติดตามงานจนสำเร็จ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม กาแฟ หรือ FMCG จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากเคยใช้ ERP, WMS หรือระบบบริหารสินค้าคงคลัง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
