Responsibilities
🛠️ หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
🌐 ดูแล Network & Infrastructure
- ดูแลระบบ Network ของบริษัทในทุกสาขา ทั้ง Switch, Access Point, TP-Link Omada
- ดูแล VLAN, Firewall, Routing และระบบเชื่อมต่อระหว่างสาขา
- ออกแบบและวางระบบ Network สำหรับสาขาใหม่ ตั้งแต่สำรวจหน้างาน กำหนดสเปก ควบคุมผู้รับเหมา จนถึงตรวจรับงาน
- ตรวจสอบ Uptime และประสานงานกับ ISP เมื่อเกิดปัญหา
- จัดทำและอัปเดต Network Diagram / As-built ของแต่ละสาขา
📹 ดูแลระบบ CCTV & Security
- ดูแลระบบ CCTV และ NVR ของบริษัท เช่น Hikvision รวมประมาณ 200 อุปกรณ์
- จัดการสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงและคำขอดึงภาพย้อนหลัง
- ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของระบบและ Storage
- ออกแบบและควบคุมการติดตั้ง CCTV สำหรับสาขาใหม่
💻 ดูแล IT Asset & อุปกรณ์
- ดูแลทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน IT ผ่านระบบ Lark
- ดูแลการเบิกจ่าย คืน ซ่อม และตัดจำหน่ายอุปกรณ์
- ดูแลกระบวนการ Onboarding / Offboarding
- เตรียมอุปกรณ์ เปิดบัญชี และจัดการ Apple ID, MDM และ License
- รับผิดชอบ Ticket แจ้งซ่อมและติดตามงานตาม SLA
👤 ดูแล System & User Account
- ดูแลระบบ Lark, Google Workspace, Zort, PEAK, POS, Empeo และ Shopify
- จัดการ User, Permission, Group และ Role
- ตรวจสอบและทบทวนสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงระบบ โดยเฉพาะระบบด้านการเงินและ POS
- ให้คำแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาด้าน IT ให้กับพนักงาน
🔐 IT Security & Governance
- ดูแล Password, 2FA และสิทธิ์ของ Admin Account
- ตรวจสอบและปิดสิทธิ์ของพนักงานที่ลาออกให้ถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
- ดูแลระบบ Backup และทดสอบการกู้คืนข้อมูล
- รับมือและประสานงานเมื่อเกิด Incident ด้าน IT พร้อมจัดทำรายงานให้ CEO
🤖 Automation & AI
- ดูแลและตรวจสอบระบบ GAS Integration
- แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของระบบ Automation
- สนับสนุนการนำ AI มาใช้ในแต่ละทีม
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาระบบ Automation ใหม่ร่วมกับ CEO
📑 Documentation & Vendor Management
- จัดทำและดูแลเอกสารระบบ IT, Credential และ Runbook
- ประสานงานและบริหาร Vendor ด้าน IT
- ขอและเปรียบเทียบใบเสนอราคา
- จัดทำและติดตามงบประมาณ IT ทั้ง CAPEX / OPEX
Qualifications
🔎 คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Infrastructure / Network / System Administration
- มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง Network, Firewall, VLAN, Routing และระบบเชื่อมต่อหลายสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ดูแล CCTV / NVR และอุปกรณ์ IT
- มีความรู้ด้าน User & Access Management
- เข้าใจหลักการด้าน IT Security และ Backup
- สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- สามารถประสานงานกับ Vendor และผู้รับเหมาภายนอกได้
- มีความเป็นระบบและใส่ใจเรื่อง Documentation
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Google Apps Script, Automation หรือ AI จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
