Responsibilities
- วางกลยุทธ์และดูแล paid ads ทุก channel — FB/IG, TikTok, Shopee
3 Content & Brand
- วาง content calendar รายเดือนครอบคลุม FB/IG, TikTok และ Shopee
4 Live Commerce (FB / TikTok / Shopee Live)
5 บริหารทีม Marketing
Qualifications
/ ประสบการณ์ด้าน Digital Marketing หรือ E-commerce Marketing อย่างน้อย 2–5 ปี
/ เคยบริหารทีม หรือมีประสบการณ์ lead project ข้ามหน้าที่
/ เข้าใจ performance marketing — FB Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads ได้ดีอย่างน้อย 1–2 platform
/ มี data mindset — อ่าน dashboard, วิเคราะห์ตัวเลข และตัดสินใจจาก data ได้
/ สื่อสารชัดเจน ทั้งในการ brief ทีมและการ report ต่อ CEO
/ ทำงาน ownership สูง คิด คาดการณ์ และจัดการได้ทันที
/ สนใจ lifestyle/fashion/beauty — เข้าใจ target customer ของแบรนด์
คุณสมบัติที่จะพิจารณาเพิ่มเติม
/ มีประสบการณ์ใน DTC brand หรือ fashion/apparel โดยตรง
/ เคยทำ Live Commerce และรู้จัก dynamics ของ TikTok Live หรือ Shopee Live
/ รู้จัก TikTok Shop affiliate
/ มีความรู้ด้าน content creative จับ trend ได้ไว เขียน brief ได้คมขึ้น
/ ใช้ Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager ได้คล่อง
