Responsibilities
1.Receive, review, and analyze Purchase Orders (PO) via EDI (EDI 850) to support production planning.
2.Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in alignment with customer orders and production capacity.
3.Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QC, and MIS teams to ensure operations and system data align with the production plan.
4.Monitor production and shipment status, and adjust plans in response to issues such as urgent orders, machine breakdowns, or material shortages.
5.Update and maintain data in ERP / SAP / EIS / SCP / Excel systems, and prepare reports for analysis and demand forecasting.
6.Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any changes.
7.Follow up on payments that are not processed through automated systems and coordinate with relevant teams.
8.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Chinese, or a related field.
2.1–3 years of experience in CS/ Planning, or Supply Chain (fresh graduates are welcome).
3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adjust plans under pressure.
4.Good coordination and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.
5.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Table, VLOOKUP).
6.Good command of English or Chinese language
