What you will do

Job Summary

In this Project Management Specialist role, you will serve as a key coordinator, managing engineering changes, package projects, and out-of-control commodity tests. You will also coordinate production processes within the regional factory and address quality issues, while collaborating with HP Customer Service Project Managers to meet customer service needs. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the resolution of customer service order quality concerns, setting up and modifying overall unit BOM/RCTO, and leading the import of RCTO models in conjunction with the HP regional Sales Manager. Furthermore, you will lead RMA re-judgement, repair, and reshipment processes, and oversee comprehensive arrangements for the trial production of new models in the factory.

Responsibilities

1.EM engineering changes&Package project&OOC commodity test.
2.Coordinate the handling of the production of Region factory&Quality issue.
3.Cooperate with HP CS PM to meet the needs of customer service.
4.Coordinate the handling of CS order quality concern.
5.Setup and modify the overall unit BOM/RCTO.
6.Lead the Import of RCTO model with HP region SM.
7.Lead RMA re-judgement/repair/reshipment.
8.Comprehensive arrangements for the trial production of new models in factory.

Qualifications

College degree or above, proficient in English listening, reading and writing.
Experience in electronic factory, with relevant industrial project management/NPI experience.
Familiar with a variety of briefing and English reporting skills, able to communicate directly with foreign customers, strong resistance to pressure.
Familiar with the various processes of laptop production.
Have a certain grasp of the notebook mold, structure knowledge.

Annual leave: 6–15 days per year
Diligent allowance : 500–1,000 THB per month
