Job Summary
Responsible for sales and marketing operations with a strong focus on driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and supporting overall business growth, while also supporting marketing activities to increase brand awareness and create new business opportunities for the company.
Responsibilities
Sales
• Present and introduce the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers
• Plan and execute sales activities to achieve the company’s sales targets
• Follow up with customers, close sales, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal departments to support sales processes and product delivery
• Analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases
Marketing
• Support online and offline marketing activities
• Create and coordinate content for social media and promotional materials
• Support sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales strategies
• Monitor marketing activity performance and prepare reports
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales or Sales & Marketing roles
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good understanding of marketing and brand communication
• Good personality, interpersonal skills, and service-minded attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms
• Strong planning and multitasking abilities
• Good command of English
