Responsibilities
- ต้อนรับลูกค้าที่เข้ารับบริการและสอบถามความต้องการ
- ประเมินอาการเบื้องต้นและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษา
- ประสานงานกับช่างเทคนิคเพื่อวางแผนและติดตามงานบริการ
- อธิบายรายละเอียดการซ่อมบำรุงและค่าใช้จ่ายให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- จัดทำเอกสารและบันทึกข้อมูลการเข้ารับบริการให้ถูกต้อง
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการลูกค้า หรือในธุรกิจยานยนต์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานและระบบงานบริการได้
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
- มีความเข้าใจในเรื่องรถยนต์เบื้องต้น
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโชว์รูมรถยนต์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
