Responsibilities
- บันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายและจ่ายชำระ รายการเบิกเงินสดย่อย และเงินทดรองจ่าย
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภงด.1 , ภงด.3 , ภงด.53) และออกเอกสารหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
- จัดทำรายงานภพ.30
- กระทบยอดบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคาร (รายเดือน)
- ปิดงบรายเดือน / ปิดงบประจำปี
- ติดตามทวงหนี้จากลูกหนี้ค้างชำระ
- จัดทำรายงานเจ้าหนี้คงค้างและค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย ทุกสิ้นเดือน
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางการเงินและการกระทบยอด
- ช่วยเหลืองานด้าน Admin หรืองานอื่น ๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- ทักษะการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน หรือแก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงานให้สำเร็จ กล้าคิดกล้าทำ
- รับผิดชอบในการทำงาน และตั้งใจทำให้สำเร็จลุล่วง
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงเร็ว และมีกรอบเวลากำกับได้ดี
