Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage MA FDD and TDD engagements (both buy-side and sell-side) from planning, fieldwork, analysis through to report delivery.
2. Review working papers for both FDD/TDD and External Audit engagements and provide technical guidance to team members.
3. Analyze financial statements, identify key accounting, financial, and business risks, and assess their implications on the transaction (deal).
4. Prepare and present findings in both Thai and English (TH/EN) to clients and management.
5. Coordinate with clients, management, and other advisors such as legal, tax, and commercial advisors.
6. Report and discuss audit findings, key risks, and significant issues directly with the Partner.
7. Coach and develop team members, and contribute to the enhancement of Advisory methodology, templates, and best practices.
8. Perform and/or support External Audit engagements as assigned, including risk assessment, substantive testing, and audit conclusion.
9. Perform and/or support Quality Management (ISQM) related activities, as well as other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in MA FDD and TDD (both buy-side and sell-side).
3. Experience in External Audit is required.
4. Experience in Tax or Advisory and/or holding a CPA qualification will be considered a strong advantage.
5. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (TFRS/IFRS).
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent presentation skills in both Thai and English (TH/EN).
