- IT Support & Helpdesk: คอยให้คำแนะนำ แก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ (Windows / Sharepoint / Onedrive), อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง (Printer, Scanner) และซอฟต์แวร์พื้นฐานให้แก่พนักงานในองค์กร
- Hardware & Software Setup: ตรวจสอบ ติดตั้ง จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ ลงโปรแกรม และตั้งค่าระบบสำหรับพนักงานใหม่
- Network & System Care: ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับระบบเครือข่ายภายใน (Wi-Fi, LAN, Router)
- Asset & Inventory Management: จัดทำและอัปเดตทะเบียนประวัติอุปกรณ์ IT (IT Inventory) ตรวจสอบการยืม-คืน และดูแลการส่งซ่อมอุปกรณ์
- User Management: ช่วยเหลือในการจัดการสิทธิ์ผู้ใช้งาน (User AD Accounts / Microsoft 365)
- Other Support: สนับสนุนทีม IT ในการจัดทำเอกสารคู่มือการใช้งาน หรือโปรเจกต์อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาฝึกงานที่สนใจทางด้านนี้ โดยพิจารณานักศึกษาที่สามารถฝึกงานกับทางเราได้อย่างน้อย 3 เดือนขึ้นไป (มีเบี้ยเลี้ยงให้วันละ 300 บาท)
- กำลังศึกษาอยู่ระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT), วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา ที่มีความรู้และทักษะพื้นฐานด้าน IT
- มีใจรักบริการ (Service Mind) ทัศนคติดี และมีความใจเย็นในการอธิบายปัญหา
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบ และความต้องการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ
- มีโอกาสในการได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพนักงานประจำ
