Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Plan and manage large-scale automobile events, including international motor shows and vehicle launches.
- Lead end-to-end event execution from concept development to post-event evaluation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with brand standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to align event execution with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, and risk control throughout all event stages.
- Define and manage annual event strategies, including budget planning, resource allocation, and performance review.
- Provide strategic direction to enhance brand visibility and maximize event impact.
- Oversee vendor sourcing, on-site execution, and post-event settlement.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in large-scale event management, preferably in the automotive or auto show industry.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end auto show or exhibition projects.
- Strong skills in event planning, budgeting, vendor management, and on-site operations.
- Experience working with international event agencies is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Thai and English; Chinese is an advantage.
