Responsibilities
Job Description:
1. Product Development
- Identify accessory development opportunities based on market trends and customer insights (e.g., floor mats, window films, etc.)
- Coordinate with suppliers to complete sampling, testing, and mass production
- Monitor development timelines to ensure on-time product launch
2. Product Management
- Plan and manage the accessories product portfolio （individual items and bundles）
- Conduct competitor benchmarking to optimize product configuration and pricing strategy
- Manage product lifecycle, including launch, optimization, and phase-out
3. Operations Support
- Develop sales and promotion plans to improve accessory revenue per vehicle
- Follow up on dealers' orders, inventory situations, and claims for quality damage, etc.
- Analyze sales performance data and continuously optimize product and sales strategies
- Support sales training and retail activities (e.g., motor shows, campaigns)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree （any major）
- Experience or understanding in accessories or product operations is a plus
- No specific years of experience required — open to fresh graduates
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication in Thai and English（written and spoken）; Chinese is a plus
