Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish and manage dealer sales operations and sales service KPIs. Through target setting, process monitoring, and data analysis, identify dealership operational issues in a timely manner and drive corrective actions to improve dealership efficiency and channel performance.
2. Develop, allocate, and track monthly and annual dealer targets for orders, wholesale, and retail sales, while monitoring and controlling inventory levels.
3. Manage wholesale and retail sales performance, prepare daily and monthly sales reports, monitor sales progress, and drive target achievement.
4. Manage the allocation and approval of test-drive vehicles to improve customer conversion rates.
5. Manage and analyze end-to-end operational data, including orders, vehicle arrivals, retail sales, and inventory, to ensure data accuracy and healthy business operations.
6. Conduct regular dealer operational reviews, identify key issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Evaluate dealer performance based on KPI metrics and implement dealer rating programs to support network optimization and resource allocation.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Automotive Studies, or other related fields.

2. Experience in sales operations, dealer/channel management, or data analysis. Experience with an OEM or automotive dealership is preferred.

3. Strong understanding of dealership operations, including wholesale, retail, inventory management, and order management processes.

4. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis functions.

5. Strong target management and process control capabilities, with the ability to effectively improve dealer performance and operational efficiency.

6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple regions and dealership teams.

7. Strong sense of responsibility and execution, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and geographically dispersed business environment.

8. Proficient in both Chinese and Thai, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
