Used Car Planning Specialist - Aion Automobile Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Job Description:

• Design and develop the foundational commercial framework, policies, and operational guidelines to support used car business growth.
• Establish and coordinate cross-departmental project teams to drive execution and ensure alignment across sales, finance, operations, and inspection functions.
• Launch and manage pilot programs for used car initiatives at selected locations, evaluate performance, and optimize implementation plans.
• Roll out and execute commercial policies related to used car planning, pricing strategies, sourcing, and trade-in programs, ensuring full validation and operationalization of the business model.
• Continuously optimize and enhance used car operations, improving service quality, operational efficiency, inventory turnover, and overall profitability.
• Monitor implementation results, analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous process enhancement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Automotive-related fields, or other relevant disciplines.
• Relevant industry background is required; experience in automotive, used car business, retail, or service-related industries is preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience in commercial operations, business planning, used car management, or project management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate pilot results, market trends, and optimize business strategies based on data.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with strong execution capability and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Good command of Thai and English (Chinese language skills are an advantage).
