Responsibilities

Job Description: 

1. Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key accounts, business partners, dealers, and corporate customers to support business growth and achieve sales targets.
2. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product, service, financing, and business solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and long-term business opportunities.
3. Develop and implement account development plans, sales strategies, and business initiatives to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
4. Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and recommend effective business strategies.
5. Coordinate and collaborate with dealers, distributors, and key business partners to ensure smooth business operations and achievement of sales objectives.
6. Support and execute sales and marketing activities, promotional campaigns, customer events, and business development projects to strengthen customer engagement and brand awareness.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and After-sales to ensure effective project execution and customer satisfaction.
8. Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, account performance analysis, and market insights to support management decision-making.
9. Manage customer issues and provide timely solutions to maintain strong customer relationships and service quality.
10. Continuously identify opportunities to improve account performance, customer retention, and business profitability.



Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Automotive Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Fleet Sales, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development, or related fields.
• Experience in the automotive industry, fleet management, leasing, rental business, or EV industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of fleet sales operations, corporate customer management, and dealer network management.
• Good analytical, strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Existing fleet customer network, corporate client resources, or government procurement experience will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Thai and English communication. Chinese language proficiency (HSK5 or above) is preferred.
