Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) laws and regulations
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and workplace audits to identify hazards
- Develop and recommend preventive measures, safe work procedures, and corrective actions
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses, and prepare related reports
- Provide safety training and guidance to employees to promote a safe working environment
- Monitor environmental conditions and coordinate with external agencies in compliance with legal requirements
- Prepare and submit environmental, chemical, and hazardous substance reports to government authorities
- Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
- Female, aged 23–26 years
- Holds a Professional Safety Officer license
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in safety, occupational health, or environmental management
- Understanding of relevant HSE laws and regulations
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations
- Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Good command of English or Chinese in reading, writing, and communication skills
