Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes and cultivate strong supplier relationships, encompassing quotation analysis, price comparison, negotiation, cost analysis, and contract finalization.
- Source, evaluate, qualify, and manage suppliers to continuously optimize the supplier base and structure.
- Drive procurement cost reduction through effective price negotiation, new supplier development, second-source development, and localization initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks related to delivery, quality, capacity, and material availability to ensure a stable supply chain.
- Oversee the complete procurement cycle, including purchase requisition review, RFQ management, quotation evaluation, purchase order issuance, delivery follow-up, goods receipt coordination, invoice and payment coordination, and comprehensive procurement documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Female, age 25-35 years old.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or international trade. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Good command of Chinese (HSK 4 or above is preferred). English communication skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with procurement-related systems such as ERP, SRM, and OA.
- Experience in the optical communications or electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and execution skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a high attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
