Responsibilities

ตรวจเอกสารชุดตั้งหนี้ Domestic

- ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้และใบ PO

- ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนของใบรับของ ใบกำกับภาษี

- ตรวจสอบการอนุมัติการจ่ายเงิน

- รายงานรายการผิดปกติให้หัวหน้างานทราบ

ตรวจเอกสารชุดตั้งหน้า Oversea

- ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้ต่างประเทศจาก IBD

- ตรวจสอบอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนที่ใช้บันทึกบัญชี

- ตรวจสอบใบขนสินค้านำเข้า

- รายงานผลต่อหัวหน้างาน

เคลียร์ค่าใช้จ่าย เงินสดยอด (ยอดไม่เกิน 3,000/รายการ)

- ตรวจสอบใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบกำกับภาษี และใบสำคัญจ่าย รวมถึงเอกสารอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องในการเบิกจ่าย

- ตรวจสอบยอดเงินคงเหลือใน Pretty Cash

- บันทึกรายการในระบบบัญชี

- สรุปรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายเงินสดย่อย

รายงานการจ่ายเงิน : แยกประเภทการจ่าย
- สรุปยอดการจ่ายเงินแยกประเภท (ต่างประเทศ/ในประเทศ)

- วิเคราะห์ประเภทการจ่าย

- ตรวจสอบยอดรวมกับ GL

Reconcile : GL Code ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- ดึงรายงานบัญชีแยกประเภท (GL) จากระบบ Oracle

- ตรวจสอบยอดย่อย (Sub-ledger) เทียบกับยอดรวมใน GL

- วิเคราะห์ความต่างของยอดและค้นหาสาเหตุ เช่น การบันทึกข้ามงวด, รายการค้างเคลียร์

- จัดทำรายงานกระทบยอด

Qualifications

ตำแหน่ง เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีอาวุโส - Senior Accounting Officer

เพศ : ไม่จำกัดเพศ

การศีกษา : ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ประสบการณ์ : อย่างน้อย 2 ปี

อื่นๆ : มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในด้านบัญชี และสามารถมองภาพรวมของงบการเงินได้ สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรมบัญชีได้
