In this Engineer role, you will play a key part in managing new model production processes from the ground up. You will be responsible for consolidating new model documentation, including sheet records, SPC control charts, and work instructions, as well as recording issues that arise during the new model stage. You will manage the preparation of tooling and equipment for pre-trials and consolidate inspection data from trial samples. Additionally, you will coordinate with relevant departments for new model preparation, record new sample data for the stranding process, and summarize production data for each model.

You will also control product quality to meet customer requirements, evaluate the characteristics of non-conforming products, and analyze issues to determine corrective actions based on customer complaints. This includes supporting problem analysis, investigation, and the implementation of corrective actions for non-conforming product quality issues. A critical aspect of your role will be ensuring all work adheres strictly to company policy, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and all applicable laws and regulations.
