-New model Document : Consolidate new model sheet record, SPC control chart, work instruction, record issue during new model stage, tooling and equipment before trial, consolidate inspection data trail sample, manage environmental aspect activity and issue SWOT following ISO14001, control and follow KPI of team, strictly working base on company's regulation, laws and policy.
- New model production : Prepare tooling & equipment before making new sample, coordinate with concern section to prepare new new model,record data new sample of stranding process, summarize production of each model, support problem analysis, investigation and corrective action the quality issues of non-conforming product. 
- Data reliability : Control the product quality as customer's requirement, consider the quality and characteristic of non-conforming product, analyze the issue and find the corrective action from customer's complaint, summarize results of new model development and improvement.
- QMS/EMS : Perform work in accordance with policy, ISO14001, IATF16949, strictly follow the laws, regulations, requirements, vision, mission, quality and environmental policy.

    2.Age : 27-37 years old.
    3.Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Material,Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering.
    4.Experience: Entry-level or experienced (within 7 years)
    5.English (TOEIC or others 750)
