2. Project management: To convert business scope of implementation and coordinate with IT team to design and develop the system in order to meet the needs of the business efficiently.

3. To gather requirement and analyze pain point of as-is process/system in order to propose cost-effective solution with acceptable risk for further implementation.

4. To design and implement functional requirement as BU lead (IT related project), in order to uplift customer experience including Service Level Agreement (SLA), improve productivity & efficiency across the bank (Cost), and mitigate any risks that may occur in the process.

5. To be responsible for acquiring knowledge and experience in the area of functional design in respect of financial product and related operation process; in order to develop and/or revise framework, principle and guidelines for designing and implementing functional requirement to serve E2E process to uplift customer experience, improve productivity & efficiency across the bank, and mitigate any risks that may occur in process.

6. To implement and/or coordinate with relevant departments in formulating a Business Deployment Plan including changes in management and communication both inside and outside the bank

2. Experienced in IT project implementation as BU representative/lead, Process Engineer/Improvement, Business Project Manager, Business Analyst / Test Engineer, Solution Architect with strong functional background

3. Having banking product knowledge is advantage

    Lending: Loan, OD, PN, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Financing and etc.

    Payment: Wallet, Bill Payment, Cash Management, Debit/Credit Card, Acquiring and etc.

4. Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Good command of written and spoken English.

6. Self leading and good team player
