Responsibilities

  • Able to write SQL queries or create dashboards on BI tools, including both real-time dashboards and day-1 dashboards.
  • Create dashboards based on the requirements of the product/marketing/risk/collections teams, with a solid understanding of the business processes involved in car title loan products.
  • Able to analyze issues in the workflow from data or help identify other business opportunities on an ad-hoc basis as requested by other departments, such as customer insight analysis. This requires an in-depth understanding of the company's products and the ability to conduct deep analysis using available data.
  • Prepare regulatory reports to be sent to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and alert the business about potential issues that may arise.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to address business problems and provide insights and conclusions based on data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1-5 years of experience in data management and visualization.
  • Proficiency in SQL , Python and BI tools such as Power BI ,Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts.

Job Summary

In this Data Analyst role, you will leverage your skills to write SQL queries and create dashboards using BI tools, including both real-time and day-1 dashboards.
