·Conduct monthly filing reviews, and record handover details for documents required to be returned to clients.

·Establish and maintain training records, including attendance sheets, assessment forms, and training materials.

·Collect and register certificates and legal documents issued by customs authorities

·Ensure proper handover and acknowledgment procedures when documents are transferred to clients.

·Coordinate with the HR & Administration Department for the handover of documents requiring long-term retention.

·Organize training sessions, assessments, and archive related records.

·Support internal audits by providing document samples, explaining procedures, and following up on corrective actions.

·Participate in company- and department-organized training sessions, team-building activities, and safety drills to continuously enhance safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.

·Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors as required.

·Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with timely issue escalation and feedback.

·Good command of written and reading English

·Correspondence; proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools.

·Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible

·Able to work under pressure, and committed to the role.

·Major in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred.

·Practical experience in Thai import/export operations is an advantage.
