Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of CFS (Container Freight Station) activities for export, import, and yard management, maintaining high-quality service delivery to customers.
- Facilitate the development of team skill sets across all aspects of CFS operations.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.
- Monitor and verify payment statuses from agents prior to cargo acceptance.
- Address and resolve inquiries from shippers and customers.
- Supervise the competence and performance of day-to-day operational activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with Customs procedures and port authority regulations for all CFS operations.
- Implement measures to prevent damage to containers during yard handling and storage.
- Maintain 100% data quality and integrity within relevant operational systems.
- Guide and monitor subordinates to ensure adherence to internal operational standards.
- Ensure all corrective and preventive actions related to the Integrated Management System are executed and completed promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics.
- 2-3 years of experience in Container Freight Station (CFS) operations within the container business.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
