Welder - YAW NGIAP (THAILAND) CO., LTD.

• Support machine assembly, installation, setup and validation with Maintenance.
• Be the main shop floor technical support for Assembly, welding processes and installation.
• Work close with Production to ensure performance and daily output.
• Work with tools, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to find out the causes, resolve the problems and prevent or limit future incidents, and handle repairs.
• Install equipment, configure them to ensure the infrastructure performs its functions properly.
• To maintain and repair the equipment and/or parts, which can involve preventive maintenance and servicing, replacement of faulty components or upgrading of hardware to improve performance and efficiency.
• Operate equipment and infrastructure and ensure the installations perform its functions optimally.
• Responsible for assembling or constructing products/parts for machines, instruments, construction and other applications.
• Resolve issues that can affect the smooth operation of hardware, parts, machines, and equipment.
• Document all issues and its solutions for future reference.
• Schedule replacement of obsolete components, determine whether the equipment and/or its parts require repair or replacement to achieve performance, safety and cost-saving benefits.
• Follow safety standards when operating equipment and ensure other users adhere to the guidelines.
• Always apply best practices on site to achieve higher efficiency, accidents prevention and avoid misuse of company and/or client’s infrastructure.

• ปฏิบัติงานกระบวนการประกอบ ติดตั้ง ด้วยความถูกต้องในการปฏิบัติการดูแลรักษา
• ปฏิบัติงานด้านเทคนิคการเชื่อม สำหรับขั้นตอนการประกอบเครื่องจักร และการติดตั้งเครื่องจักร
• ปฏิบัติงานใกล้ชิดกับฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และชิ้นงานที่มีคุณภาพในแต่ละวัน
• ทํางานกับเครื่องมือ สามารถวินิจฉัยและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคเพื่อค้นหาสาเหตุแก้ไขปัญหาและป้องกันหรือ การป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์บกพร่องในอนาคตและจัดการการซ่อมแซม ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์กําหนดค่าเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทํางานได้อย่างถูกต้อง
•  เพื่อบํารุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์และ / หรือชิ้นส่วนซึ่งอาจเกี่ยวข้องกับการบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและการบริการ การเปลี่ยนส่วนประกอบที่ผิดพลาดหรือการอัพเกรดฮาร์ดแวร์เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและอย่างมีประสิทธิผล

• จัดทําเอกสารปัญหาทั้งหมดและแนวทางแก้ไขเพื่อใช้อ้างอิงในอนาคต กําหนดการเปลี่ยนส่วนประกอบที่ล้าสมัยของอุปกรณ์และ / หรือชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักรกลที่จําเป็นต้องซ่อมแซมหรือเปลี่ยนใหม่เพื่อให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพความปลอดภัยและประโยชน์ในการประหยัดต้นทุน 
• ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานระบบความปลอดภัยเมื่อใช้งานอุปกรณ์และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าผู้ใช้รายอื่นปฏิบัติตามแนวทาง ใช้แนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดเสมอเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพที่สูงขึ้นการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุและหลีกเลี่ยงการใช้โครงสร้างพื้นฐานของ บริษัท และ / หรือลูกค้าในทางที่ผิด

• Minimum Vocational Certificate (or equivalent) in Welding, Mechanical, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, machinery, spare parts, or automation systems.
• Must possess a recognized welding technical qualification (preferred).
• Experience in stainless steel welding (sheet, coil, and pipe).
• Skilled in TIG welding process and use of argon gas shielding.
• Ability to perform welding in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead, inclined).
• Capable of inspecting weld quality to ensure smooth, clean, and defect-free finishing.
• Knowledge of 3D printing and other mechanical/electrical competencies is an advantage.
• Ability to read manuals and train other personnel on equipment usage.
• Proficient in using tools and equipment for installation, configuration, maintenance, repair, and upgrades.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Skilled in maintenance and repair work.
• Collaborate with production teams and project leaders effectively.
• Willing to travel to client sites and work outdoors when required.
• Flexible to work outside normal working hours.
• Able to travel internationally when required.

• วุฒิการศึกษาขั้นต่ำ ปวส. สาขาเครื่องกลโรงงาน แมคคานิคอล แมคคาทรอนิกส์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี ในงานอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต เครื่องจักร ชิ้นส่วน หรือระบบอัตโนมัติ
• หากมีใบรับรองด้านงานเชื่อม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ในการ เชื่อมสแตนเลส (แผ่น ม้วน และท่อ)
• มีทักษะในการเชื่อมแบบ TIG และการใช้ แก๊สอาร์กอน
• สามารถเชื่อมได้หลายลักษณะ เช่น เชื่อมแนวราบ แนวตั้ง แนวเหนือศีรษะ และแนวเอียง
• สามารถตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานเชื่อมให้มีความเรียบร้อย และไม่รั่วซึม สวยงาม และได้มาตรฐาน
• มีความรู้ด้านการพิมพ์ 3 มิติ หรือทักษะทางกล/ไฟฟ้าอื่น ๆ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถอ่านคู่มือ และถ่ายทอดความรู้การใช้งานเครื่องจักรให้กับผู้อื่นได้
• มีความชำนาญในการใช้เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ เพื่อการติดตั้ง ตั้งค่า บำรุงรักษา ซ่อมแซม และปรับปรุงระบบ
• มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
