Responsibilities
- 1. To be control personnel attendance review with IPQC&OBA inspector, personnel training as well as customer complaint or feedback, coordination.
- 2. Major quality abnormal handling and cross-functional inspection of production abnormalities and NCR closing review.
- 3. Participate in new product transfer review meetings, new product transfer key issue review.
- 4. To be maintenance and analysis of PCAR/NCR/Re-work in the MES system.
- 5. To be analyzed and implemented for RTY yield/LRR monitoring and stability analysis, lead RTY and daily or weekly meetings.
- 6. Cross-department coordination for meetings/exceptions/coordination/process standards, etc.
- 7. Update IPQC and OBA daily, weekly report.
- 8. Other job assignments by manager.
Qualifications
1. At least 5 years of experience in quality related management
2. Industry Experience: Candidates with work experience in electronics-related industry are preferred
3. Excellent management and leadership experience
4. Experience requirements:
-Possess management and leadership ability, familiar with quality
management work,
-Good communication, coordination and team management ability
-Possess certain process quality management experience.
-Possess certain analysis and problem-solving ability.
