Responsibilities
- Handling customer complaints, root cause localization and improvement activities,
- Customer service (35%): complete the relevant information/DOE required by the customer, assist in solving the customer's related problems, and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Quality improvement (35%): Coordinate internal departments to promote the completion of MP/NPI project quality improvement.
- Improvement of market RMA processing (30%): analysis and reporting of defective products in the market, and internal improvement of feedback.
- Controlling and managing FAE inspector.
- Follow up and update the KPIs and action plan to improve it.
- Update daily, weekly, monthly report for CQS section.
- Training OJT to FAE and evaluation performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Major Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Science Physic
1.Have excellent communication and coordination skills, rapid response, analysis, and problem-solving abilities
2. Familiar with quality management methods such as 6 Sigma, 8D, PDCA, and have practical experience.
3. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, rapid response, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
4. Have good data analysis and report preparation ability, can quantitatively analyze and qualitatively judge customer complaint and data statistics
Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese is an advantage.
