Technical Designer (Draftsman) - AUGUST DESIGN CONSULTANT CO., LTD.

• Prepare interior construction drawings using AutoCAD in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
• Independently develop and produce technical detailing drawings, and coordinate with the design team for review and approval.
• Coordinate with designers to ensure all drawings are accurate, practical, and ready for construction
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with company, and feasible for construction implementation
• Maintain organized and manage digital project files ensuring all drawings and related documents are properly saved and accessible on accordance.

รายละเอียดงาน:

• จัดทำแบบก่อสร้างงานตกแต่งภายในด้วยโปรแกรม AutoCAD
• คิดและออกแบบรายละเอียดงาน (Detailing) ด้วยตนเอง รวมถึงสามารถนำเสนอต่อทีมดีไซน์ เพื่อการตรวจสอบ ปรับแก้และอนุมัติ
• ประสานงานกับทีมดีไซเนอร์ เพื่อแก้ไขให้ได้แบบที่ถูกต้องและสามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของแบบให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดของบริษัทฯ และโครงการ
• จัดเก็บและบริหารจัดการเอกสารและไฟล์งานให้เป็นระเบียบและสามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่ายและสะดวก

1. Minimum 5 years of professional experience as Technical Designer, Draftsman, CAD Designer, or Interior Designer.
2. Strong Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or Photoshop is considered a plus).
3. Great experience in interior drafting and loose furniture drawings, especially for hospitality projects.
4. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills with strong attention to detail and responsibility.
5. Good time management and organizational skills.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:

1. มีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นดีไซเนอร์หรือเขียนแบบไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี
2. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD ได้อย่างชำนาญ (หากสามารถใช้โปรแกรม Sketchup, Revit หรือ Photoshop ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
3. มีประสบการณ์และมีทักษะด้านการเขียนแบบภายใน ออกแบบและถอดแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์ลอยตัว โดยเฉพาะงานโรงแรม
4. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ทำงานเป็นทีมร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
5. สามารถบริหารจัดการเวลาในการทำงานได้ดี
