Responsibilities
1. รวบรวม ทวนสอบ และจัดการข้อมูลยอดขายจากช่องทางต่างๆ บันทึกเข้าระบบให้ถูกต้องและพร้อมใช้งาน
2. ทำรายงานสรุปยอดขาย (Offtake) ทั้งแบบรายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน เพื่อส่งต่อให้ทีมบริหารและทีมขาย
3. วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพและความคุ้มค่าของกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายต่างๆ ของบริษัทและคู่แข่ง
4. ตรวจสอบและติดตามระดับสินค้าคงคลังหน้าร้าน (Stock On Hand / Out of Stock) เพื่อลดโอกาสเสียโอกาสทางการขาย
5. จัดเตรียมข้อมูลตัวเลขและกราฟสรุป เพื่อสนับสนุนทีม Sales และ Marketing ในการวางกลยุทธ์และแก้ปัญหาหน้างาน
Qualifications
- ป.ตรี สาขา บริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาด, สถิติ, การจัดการข้อมูล หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี ในสายงาน Trade Marketing, Sales Analyst หรือ Data Operation (หากมาจากธุรกิจขนม เครื่องดื่ม หรือ FMCG จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas ต่างๆ)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Power BI ได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ Gemini, C laude Cowork, ChatGPT
- มีประสบการณ์ 1 - 2 ปี ด้านการจัดการข้อมูล
