Senior Process Automation Analyst - ECCO (Thailand) Co., Ltd

About the Role

We are looking for a hybrid professional who can bridge business analysis and automation implementation. You will work with stakeholders to define system behavior, analyze processes, and document functional requirements – then turn those requirements into working automation solutions using modern tools - including guide us on the implementation of AI solutions. You will also gather requirements, ensure compliance, and guide a small team.

This role reports to Business Analytics manager sitting in Portugal, collaborating closely with colleagues from Portugal and the Singapore Finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and prioritization of automation opportunities in collaboration with business stakeholders and leadership.

• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks.

• Optimize existing automation workflows, ensuring high availability, performance, and maintainability.

• Create technical documentation, establish coding standards, and deliver training to end users and junior team members.

• Drive ad-hoc digital transformation projects, including tool evaluation, POCs, and automation road mapping.

• Mentor junior analysts and promote automation best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• Core automation experience (mandatory – proven hands-on):

o Power Automate, Advanced SQL, Python, Azure cloud services

o Power BI Service, Microsoft Fabric

• SAP basic (is required)

• Agile methodology is appreciated

• Language: Proficient in English (written and verbal) – mandatory.

• Mindset: Analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and strategically minded.

• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading cross-functional workshops and technical discussions.
