Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor project performance to ensure alignment with goals, plans, budgets, and timelines, while coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Possesses hands-on experience in project management, including project planning, risk management, team leadership, communication management, and monitoring and controlling project execution to ensure successful achievement of defined objectives
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information, analyze data, and support project operations.
- Conduct field surveys on markets, shopping centers, competitors, and consumer behavior as planned.
- Research, analyze, and identify business opportunities, including emerging trends, and propose new ideas or projects to management.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare retail business data—including shopping centers, competitors, and market environments—to maintain an up-to-date organizational database.
- Build partnerships with business allies such as retail brands, event organizers, and technology developers.
- Liaise and attend meetings with external organizations, both public and private sectors, related to development and transportation projects.
- Prepare reports, analyze results, and present project progress to management within the required timelines.
 

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineer or related fields.

- At least 5 years of experience in project management,  project development, real estate development, or shopping center business.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to monitor progress according to plans, budgets, and timelines.

- Good understanding of shopping mall business and lease management.

- Strong analytical skills in market research, business planning, and competitor analysis.

- Ability to prepare reports, analyze information, and summarize strategic insights effectively.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

- Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with Power BI or Data Analysis tools is an advantage.

       บริษัท รังสิตพลาซ่า จำกัด เปิดดำเนินการในวันที่ 17 มีนาคม 2538 ได้พัฒนาศูนย์การค้าฟิวเจอร์พาร์คมาอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดระยะเวลากว่า 30 ปี จนประสบความสำเร็จอย่างมากในปัจจุบัน จากจำนวนผู้มาใช้บริการที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้นในแต่ละปี จากปี 2539 มียอดผู้มาใข้บริการเฉลี่ย 57,800 คนต่อวัน ปัจจุบันเพิ่มขึ้นเฉลี่ย 160,000 คนต่อวัน ซึ่งเป็นจำนวนมากที่สุดในกลุ่มศูนย์การค้าของประเทศไทย รวมถึงมีการบริหารพื้นที่เข่าร้านค้าต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมีผู้เช่ากว่า 95% ของพื้นที่ทั้งหมด และยังสามารถรักษาจำนวนผู้เช่าร้านค้าให้ดำเนินธุรกิจต่อไปได้อย่างยาวนาน
