Senior Business Development - Future Park (Rangsit Plaza Co., Ltd.)

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Architecture, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Market Research, Retail Business, Commercial Property, Shopping Center, or related industries.
• Experience in project coordination, feasibility studies, or retail business analysis will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and business opportunity assessments.
• Understanding of basic financial analysis and feasibility studies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in retail business, shopping center operations, mixed-use developments, or commercial property development.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Project, or other project management and design software.
• Experience in conducting competitor benchmarking and business feasibility analysis.
