Responsibilities
- ดูแลและจัดการเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ รวมถึงการออกใบเสร็จรับเงินและบิล Invoice ให้แก่ลูกค้า
- จัดทำและนำส่งรายงานสรุปยอดขายประจำวันให้แก่ฝ่ายบัญชี
- ดำเนินการจัดทำโปรโมชั่นสำหรับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับห้างสรรพสินค้าเพื่ออัปเดตโปรโมชั่นต่างๆ
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานส่วนกลาง (หลังบ้าน) เกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบ M3
Qualifications
- เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือปริญญาตรีในสาขาการเงิน บัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Teams, PowerPoint)
- ความสามารถในการทำงานตามเวลาทำการของห้างสรรพสินค้า
- ความสามารถในการอ่านและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษระดับใช้งานในชีวิตประจำวัน
- มีความกระตือรือร้นและพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการเงินหน้าร้านหรือร้านค้าจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
