Responsibilities
- ให้การสนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านเทคนิค ณ สถานที่ลูกค้า สำหรับอุปกรณ์และระบบที่ติดตั้งแล้ว
- ห้การสนับสนุนลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์หรือ Online ตามความจำเป็น
- บันทึกและติดตามงานบริการในระบบ CRM ของบริษัท จนปิดเคสเรียบร้อย
- จัดอบรมด้านเทคนิค (รวมถึงระดับขั้นสูง) ให้กับผู้ติดตั้ง บริษัท EPC และเจ้าของระบบ
- เดินทางเข้าหน้างานเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา เช่น ซ่อม เปลี่ยน หรือติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ ได้แก่ Inverter, แผงวงจรภายใน, Optimizer, ระบบสื่อสาร และอุปกรณ์เสริมของระบบ
- สนับสนุนการดูแลและประสานงานเครือข่ายพันธมิตรด้านบริการในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ
- เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโรดโชว์ เพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลและจุดเด่นของผลิตภัณฑ์แก่ลูกค้าเป้าหมาย ทั้งรูปแบบออนไลน์และออฟไลน์
- เข้าร่วมงานแสดงสินค้าและสัมมนาในอุตสาหกรรมพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ เพื่ออัปเดตข้อมูลสินค้าและแนวโน้มตลาด
- สนับสนุนทีมงานในประเด็นด้านเทคนิคอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายทำเป็นภาษาอังกฤษที่เข้าใจง่าย แต่กึ่งเป็นทางการ
Qualifications
- มีพื้นฐานด้านวิศวกรรมเทคนิค โดยเฉพาะสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในงานบริการภาคสนาม (Field Service) หรืองานสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับระบบโซลาร์เซลล์และ/หรือระบบกักเก็บพลังงาน (Energy Storage)
- มีทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการโครงการที่ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการลูกค้าอย่างชัดเจน
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจด้านเทคนิคเป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
