Responsibilities
- ให้บริการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิค ณ สถานที่ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์และระบบของบริษัทแก่ลูกค้า
- ให้บริการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคจากระยะไกลผ่านทางโทรศัพท์สำหรับอุปกรณ์และระบบที่ติดตั้งให้แก่ลูกค้า
- บันทึกรายงานปัญหา ติดตามผล และปิดงานบริการให้เรียบร้อยโดยใช้ระบบ CRM ของผลิตภัณฑ์
- จัดอบรมด้านเทคนิค รวมถึงการอบรมเชิงลึก ให้แก่ผู้ติดตั้ง บริษัท EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) และเจ้าของระบบ
- เดินทางไปยังสถานที่ติดตั้งเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค ซึ่งรวมถึง:
- ตรวจซ่อม เปลี่ยน และติดตั้งอินเวอร์เตอร์ (Inverters)
- ตรวจซ่อมและเปลี่ยนการ์ดอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ภายในอุปกรณ์ (Internal Cards)
- ตรวจสอบและเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของแผงโซลาร์เซลล์ (Optimizers)
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาระบบสื่อสาร (Communication Systems)
- ดำเนินการตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลังและอุปกรณ์
- สนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการเครือข่ายพันธมิตรผู้ให้บริการด้านการบำรุงรักษาและบริการหลังการขายภายในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปีในตำแหน่ง Service Engineer หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความเข้าใจและประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับระบบโซลาร์อินเวอร์เตอร์
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคของระบบไฟฟ้าในระดับดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและให้คำแนะนำแก่ลูกค้าได้อย่างชัดเจน
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่และต่างจังหวัดได้
