Job Description

Leading a sale team to achieve sale on monthly and yearly sale target. 

Manage the day-to-day production, operation and problem-solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level components, standards and targets

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Responsible for motivating and advising their telesales to improve their performance

Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff

To provide the sale summaries with presentation on Monthly Basic.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Telesales Manager

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s Degree in sale & market or other relate field.

Direct experience on minimum 10 years of Telesales Manager

Required age of candidate 35 – 45 years old.
