Responsibilities
1. พิจารณารับประกันภัย Non – Motor (การประกันอัคคีภัย การประกันภัยทางทะเลและขนส่ง การประกันภัยเบ็ดเตล็ด การประกันสุขภาพ ฯลฯ) ทำหนังสือเสนอราคา / เงื่อนไขการประกันภัย ออกกรมธรรม์ และออกเอกสารแนบท้าย ให้กับตัวแทน ลูกค้า ที่เกินอำนาจสาขา หรือที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบ
2. ส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการพิจารณารับประกันภัยแก่ลูกค้าประกันตรง จากทุกช่องทาง
3. ให้คำแนะนำกับพนักงาน หน่วยงานภายในองค์กร สาขา ตัวแทน นายหน้า ตามพื้นที่ที่ได้รับผิดชอบ
4. จัดทำข้อมูลสถิติด้านการรับประกันภัย เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
5. ดูแล ปรับปรุง และจัดเก็บข้อมูล เพื่อสะดวกต่อการนำไปใช้
6. ติดตาม ประเมินผล ของผลิตภัณฑ์ตามพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ เพื่อให้บรรรลุผลสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
7. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุ 22 - 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีด้านการประกันภัย สถิติ คณิตศาสตร์ เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และสามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีทักษะการเจรจาที่ดี
- มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีความสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้ดี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
- ปฏิบัติงานที่อาคารวิริยะพันธุ์โฮลดิ้งส์ (บางพลัด)
