Responsibilities
1. รับวางบิล ออกใบนัด และตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนถูกต้องของเอกสารที่ตั้งเบิกจ่ายค่าสินไหมทดแทนภาคสมัครใจและภาคบังคับจากลูกค้า อู่คู่สัญญา บริษัท กลางคุ้มครองผู้ประสบภัยจากรถ จำกัด และบริษัท วิริยะซัพพลาย จำกัด
2. ตรวจสอบสภาพรถและเลขตัวถังรถก่อนจ่ายค่าสินไหมทดแทนให้มีการซ่อมรถเสร็จสมบูรณ์ และตรงกับคันที่เกิดเหตุ
3. จัดทำและจัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการจ่าย ออกใบสำคัญจ่าย (PV) และออกหนังสือรับรองหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย พร้อมบันทึกบัญชีเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชาตรวจสอบและอนุมัติจ่าย เพื่อนำส่งเจ้าหน้าที่การเงินทำเช็คจ่าย
4. รับเอกสารการจ่ายเงินประจำวันจากเจ้าหน้าที่การเงิน เพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลการจ่ายเข้าระบบบัญชี GL พร้อมจัดเก็บเอกสารเรียงลำดับวันที่และเลขที่เข้าแฟ้มให้เรียบร้อย
5. บันทึกรายการบัญชีในใบสำคัญรับ (RV) กรณีมีการรับเงินประจำวันภายในศูนย์ปฏิบัติการสินไหมทดแทน อาทิ ค่าสินไหมทดแทนรับคืน ค่าธรรมเนียมต่าง ๆ ค่าซากรถยนต์ ค่าเบี้ยประกันภัยพรบ. (กรณีศูนย์ปฏิบัติการสินไหมทดแทนที่ไม่มีสาขา) ฯลฯ
6. รับเอกสารการรับเงินที่นำเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคารของบริษัทประจำวันจากเจ้าหน้าที่การเงิน เพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลการรับเงินเข้าระบบบัญชี GL พร้อมจัดเก็บเอกสารเรียงตามลำดับวันที่และเลขที่เข้าแฟ้มให้เรียบร้อย
7. รับเคลมปิดเรื่องจากเจ้าหน้าที่สารสนเทศ เพื่อบันทึกวันที่ปิดเคลมใน 8 กระบวนงานและระบบ Unix โดยผ่านการอนุมัติจากหัวหน้าส่วนสินไหมทดแทน หรือผู้จัดการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการสินไหมทดแทน (ตามการบริหารงานในพื้นที่) พร้อมเก็บรักษาเคลมตามข้อกำหนดของกรมการประกันภัย
8.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 22-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และประมวลผล
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และสามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีความซื่อสัตย์
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีความสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้ดี ((Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point,Power BI)Benefits
