Responsibilities
1. รับเงินและตรวจสอบเอกสาร พร้อมบันทึกข้อมูลเข้าระบบ
2. ตรวจสอบ และติดตามเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายให้ถูกต้อง พร้อมจัดทำเช็คและเสนอผู้มีอำนาจลงนาม เพื่อจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆของสาขา
3. รับผิดชอบเงินสดย่อย เพื่อจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายของสาขาให้เพียงพอ และมีความคล่องตัว
4. นำเงินฝากธนาคารอย่างช้าภายในวันทำการถัดไป
5. ตรวจสอบ ติดตาม พร้อมบันทึกข้อมูลเงินฝากธนาคารในระบบ
6. ติดตามเช็คคืน เอกสารใบแจ้งเช็คคืน และเอกสารต่างๆ จากธนาคาร พร้อมทั้งบันทึกข้อมูลและประสานงานแจ้งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
7. จัดทำรายงานการเงินต่างๆ ของสาขาให้ถูกต้องทันเวลา เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
8. จัดทำหนังสือเตือนต่ออายุหลักทรัพย์ค้ำประกัน
9. อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
• เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 22 - 30 ปี
• ปริญญาตรีด้านการเงิน บัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• ปฏิบัติงาน วันจันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา 08.30 - 17.00 น.
