Responsibilities
1. รับแจ้งอุบัติเหตุทั้ง Motor และ Non-Motor ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร/ ต่างจังหวัด โดยส่งเรื่องออนไลน์ไปยังศูนย์ปฏิบัติการสินไหมทดแทนเพื่อออกตรวจสอบ
2. ติดตามผลรับแจ้งอุบัติเหตุในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร ภายใน 20 นาที และในพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัดภายใน 30 นาที หลังจากลูกค้าแจ้งอุบัติเหตุ
3. บริการสอบถามข้อมูลด้านรับประกันภัยและสินไหมทดแทนทั้ง Motor และ Non-Motor ตลอดจนข้อมูลกิจกรรมต่างๆของบริษัท รวมทั้งตรวจสอบข้อมูลโบรกเกอร์ ตัวแทน ศูนย์ซ่อมมาตรฐาน ศูนย์ซ่อมห้าง และร้านกระจกในโครงการ
4. ตรวจสอบงานที่ได้รับแจ้งเหตุเพื่อปิดเรื่องในระบบบันทึกมอบหมายงาน
5. รับเรื่องร้องเรียน ชมเชย และรับเรื่องแทนหน่วยงานอื่นในช่วงนอกเวลาทำการหรือวันหยุด พร้อมทั้งประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อติดต่อกลับลูกค้า
6. ประสานงานรถใช้ระหว่างซ่อม ช่วยเหลือรถเสีย น้ำมันหมด แบ็ตเตอรี่หมด ตลอดจนติดตามการซ่อมรถยนต์และการจัดอะไหล่
7. ให้ความช่วยเหลือศูนย์ปฏิบัติการสินไหมทดแทน ในกรณีที่ได้รับแจ้งจากศูนย์ปฏิบัติการสินไหมทดแทนให้ช่วยรับเรื่องเบื้องต้น เนื่องจากเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบอุบัติเหตุออกตรวจสอบอุบัติเหตุจนหมด
8. จัดทำสรุปรายงานจำนวนสายที่เข้ามาในแต่ละกลุ่มงานเป็นรายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน รวมทั้งจัดทำค่าพาหนะของพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในวันหยุด
9. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
