Responsibilities
1. พิจารณารับประกันภัย จัดทำใบเสนอราคาและเงื่อนไขการรับประกันให้ลูกค้าให้ลูกค้า ที่สอบถามประกันภัยทาง Web Site Line และโทรศัพท์
2. ให้บริการประกันภัย ทั้งให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับเงื่อนไขและความคุ้มครอง และเรื่องอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง จากลูกค้าที่เข้ามาทาง Line Web Site และโทรศัพท์
3. ขายประกันใหม่และติดตามงานต่ออายุ การประกันภัยรถยนต์ ของลูกค้าที่มาจากช่องทาง Web Site Line และโทรศัพท์
4. จัดทำกรมธรรม์ประกันภัย ใบเตือนต่ออายุ และงานสลักหลัง
5. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้ลูกค้า
Qualifications
- อายุ 21 – 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ด้านประกันภัยรถยนต์ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้ดี
- รักในการขายและบริการ มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และสามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
