Responsibilities
1. ลงพื้นที่เพื่อขยายงานด้านการตลาดกับตัวแทน ดีลเลอร์ ไฟแนนซ์ และติดตามผลการดำเนิงานในพื้นที่ตามที่ได้มอบหมาย
2. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการแข่งขันในธุรกิจประกันภัย NON – MOTOR ด้านรถยนต์ และปรับแผนการดำเนินงาน เพื่อสร้างความได้เปรียบด้านการตลาดทั้งด้านการขายและการชดใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทน
3. ประสานงานกับสาขาและศูนย์ปฏิบัติการสินไหมทดแทน เพื่อให้ความรู้ด้านประกันภัย NON – MOTOR ด้านรถยนต์ และการจัดการสินไหมทดแทนแก่ตัวแทน นายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย ดีลเลอร์ และไฟแนนซ์ ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายที่กำหนด
4. ประเมินผลการพิจารณารับประกัน NON – MOTOR ด้านรถยนต์ เพื่อปรับกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดให้สามารถดำเนินแข่งขันในธุรกิจได้
5. อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุ 22 – 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหา
- มีความสามารถในการวางแผน
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และสามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Microsoft PowerPoint
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถขับรถยนต์ได้เป็นอย่างดี (มีหรือไม่มีรถยนต์ของตนเองก็ได้)
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้ ไปต่างจังหวัดได้
- ปฏิบัติงานที่ อาคารวิริยะพันธุ์โฮลดิ้งส์ (บางพลัด)
