Responsibilities
ขอบข่ายความรับผิดชอบ
1. สนับสนุนการทำงานของช่องทางสาขาและตัวแทน
2. แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ทางตัวแทนขายผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันสุขภาพกลุ่มและ PA กลุ่ม ของบริษัทเพื่อนำมาสู่ยอดขาย
3. ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องการออกกรมธรรม์ สลักหลังต่าง ๆ รวมถึงดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าหลังการขาย
4. สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับตัวแทนและเพื่อนร่วมงานอย่างมืออาชีพ
5. อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 22 ปี ขึ้นไป ไม่เกิน 35 ปี
2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี
3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย 1-2 ปี ในสายงานประกันหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง หากมีประสบการณ์ประกันสุขภาพและอุบัติเหตุมาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้อย่างถูกต้อง
5. มีความรับผิดชอบและมีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำยอดขายและหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนด
6. มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก และมีใจรักในงานขาย มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี ทำงานเป็นทีมได้
7. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
8. หากเริ่มงานได้เลยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
9. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม Outlook , Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point และ Social Media ได้คล่อง
