Responsibilities
1. การประเมินงบประมาณโครงการขั้นต้น
2. งานตรวจสอบ และวิเคราะห์แบบ เพื่อการจัดทำบัญชีปริมาณงาน ค่าวัสดุ และค่าแรงงาน งานก่อสร้าง ปรับปรุง (ส่วนงานสถาปัตยกรรม, งานวิศวะกรรมโครสร้าง และงานระบบประกอบอาคารขั้นพื้นฐาน)
3. งานจัดทำแผนดำเนินการโครงการ
4. งานสรุปต้นทุนโครงการ พร้อมทั้งงานจัดทำสรุปปริมาณงานเปลี่ยนแแปลงระหว่างดำเนินการโครงการ
5. ดำเนินการ โครงการ Action Plan แผนกออกแบบ และควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง ให้มีประสิสธิภาพ แล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
6. งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุ 30-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน ไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี
- มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม ระดับภาคีวิศวกร หรือใบประกอบ ฯ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การตัดสินใจ และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ, ความรับผิดชอบ และตรงต่อเวลา
- มีความสามารถสื่อสาร และประสานงานได้ดี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวัสดุก่อสร้าง, กระบวนการดำเนินการโครงการ
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานได้ดี (Auto Cad, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project)
